Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive, 3D color-coded model of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow impact and identify stenoses. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within the Southeast Houston region (Houston, Galveston, League City). This is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways among key strategic hospital and health system accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic accounts, working closely with account stakeholders to drive growth and adoption - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders (cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners) - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs - Champion HeartFlow and build physician advocacy within assigned accounts - Organize and staff clinical programs including dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings - Drive cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests) and FFR_CT penetration/case growth in assigned accounts - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Requirements: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred - Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement - Account development experience; experience building and supporting strong clinical programs preferred - Clinical/technical proficiency; quick learner able to grasp and disseminate new clinical/technical information - Ability to develop relationships with key account stakeholders (administrative, clinical, strategic personnel) - Cross-functional coordination skills to support focused customers and execute program development plans - Customer-focused mentality with strong problem-solving ability under pressure - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred - Self-motivated with ability to initiate, organize, and complete projects - Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments
