Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive, 3D color-coded model of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow impact and identify stenoses. The product is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region, driving adoption of the company's cardiovascular diagnostic technology. This is a customer-facing role requiring approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic HeartFlow accounts, focusing on cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathway adoption. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization, coordinating with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams. • Organize and staff programs including physician mentorship, dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings. • Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders to increase HeartFlow usage within assigned accounts. • Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs. • Champion HeartFlow and build physician advocacy. • Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics. Required Qualifications: • 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience. • Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement. • Clinical/technical proficiency; ability to quickly grasp and disseminate new clinical/technical information. • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders (administrators, cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital marketing, strategic personnel). • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional etiquette. • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving ability. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments. Preferred Qualifications: • Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field. • Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software. • Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals. • Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology. • Account development experience building and supporting strong clinical programs.
