Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive cardiac test that generates a color-coded 3D model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region (San Antonio/New Braunfels, TX). This is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology through a network of referring physicians and clinical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic HeartFlow accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Work with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders to build relationships and increase HeartFlow usage - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to organize and staff programs including dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and physician office meetings - Champion HeartFlow and build physician advocacy within assigned accounts - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts, with performance measured on cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests) and FFR_CT penetration/case growth over baseline - Approximately 20-25% travel from home office Required Qualifications: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement - Clinical/technical proficiency; quick learner able to grasp and disseminate new clinical/technical information - Strong relationship-building skills with key account stakeholders (administrative staff, cardiologists, referring physician practices, hospital marketing, strategic personnel) - Ability to work cross-functionally to coordinate field and HQ resources - Customer-focused mentality with excellent problem-solving ability under pressure - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software - Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology - Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs
