Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive cardiac test that generates a color-coded 3D model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region, focusing on driving adoption of the company's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. This is a customer-facing role requiring approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic HeartFlow accounts, working closely with account stakeholders to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization, coordinating with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams. Organize and staff programs including physician mentorship deployments, dinner programs, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings. - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders to increase HeartFlow usage within designated accounts. - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs. - Champion HeartFlow and build physician advocacy. - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests) and FFR_CT penetration/case growth over baseline in assigned accounts. Required Skills: - Proven sales track record and achievement. - Account development experience; clinical program building and support preferred. - Clinical/technical proficiency; ability to quickly grasp and disseminate new clinical/technical information. - Relationship-building capability with diverse account stakeholders (administrators, cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital marketing, strategic personnel). - Cross-functional coordination ability to support focused customers and execute program development plans. - Customer-focused mentality. - Ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals. - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology (preferred). - Self-motivation, project initiation, organization, and completion skills. - Problem-solving ability under pressure. - Strong work ethic and teamwork in cross-functional environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional etiquette. - Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience. Educational Requirements & Work Experience: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience. - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred. - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired. - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired.
