Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive cardiac test that generates a color-coded 3D model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The company is expanding its product pipeline and team. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region, driving adoption of the company's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. This is a customer-facing role requiring approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing business development plans with key strategic accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to organize and staff programs such as dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings - Building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions - Promoting HeartFlow and building physician advocacy - Meeting or exceeding quota for strategic accounts and driving cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics The role requires proven sales achievement, account development experience, and the ability to quickly learn and communicate clinical and technical information. Candidates should be customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working in cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, professional etiquette, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms are essential. REQUIREMENTS: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred
