Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac testing. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides 3D models of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow impact and identify stenoses. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 750,000 patients worldwide. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as the primary HeartFlow representative within a designated geographic region (Kansas City, Wichita, and Topeka, KS). This is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology through networks of referring physicians. The TAM will spend approximately 20–25% time traveling to customer sites. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic HeartFlow accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal leadership, marketing, market access, clinical teams, and product development to organize and staff educational programs, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and physician office meetings - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs - Champion HeartFlow and build physician advocacy within assigned accounts - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics Required Qualifications: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement - Clinical/technical proficiency; ability to quickly learn and disseminate new clinical/technical information - Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders (administrators, cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital marketing) - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette - Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability and work ethic - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software - Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals
