Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive cardiac test that generates a color-coded 3D model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within assigned geographic regions (Jackson, Mississippi and Mobile, Alabama). This is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology through networks of referring physicians and clinical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing business development plans with key strategic accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to support account success - Building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians, cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders - Educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and clinical discussions - Organizing and staffing educational programs, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings - Driving HeartFlow usage growth within assigned accounts, measured by quota achievement, cCTA conversion rates, and FFR_CT case penetration The role requires approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Requirements: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred - Proven sales track record and account development experience - Clinical/technical proficiency with ability to quickly learn and disseminate complex clinical information - Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette - Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and work ethic - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred
