Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive cardiac test that generates a color-coded 3D model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within the Inland Empire region (Riverside, San Bernardino, Ontario). This is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology through a network of referring physicians and clinical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to deploy leadership resources, organize physician education programs, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs - Champion HeartFlow and build physician advocacy - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics - Approximately 20-25% travel from a home office Requirements: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred - Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement - Account development experience; experience building and supporting strong clinical programs preferred - Clinical/technical proficiency; quick learner able to grasp and disseminate new clinical/technical information - Ability to develop relationships with key account stakeholders (administrators, cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital marketing, strategic personnel) - Cross-functional coordination skills to support focused customers and execute program development plans - Customer-focused mentality with ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred - Self-motivated with ability to initiate, organize, and complete projects - Strong problem-solving ability under pressure - Excellent work ethic and ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired
