Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is seeking a Territory Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary customer-facing representative in a designated geographic region. The TAM will drive adoption and growth of HeartFlow's AI-driven non-invasive cardiac diagnostic technology (FFR_CT Analysis and cCTA pathway) within key strategic hospital and health system accounts. The role is based in Indianapolis with approximately 20-25% travel expected. You will work directly with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders to build relationships, educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition, and execute account development plans. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing business development plans with key strategic accounts to drive cCTA and FFR_CT adoption • Maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders • Educating customers through presentations and discussions on HeartFlow's clinical and economic value • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to organize and staff clinical programs, dinner events, VIP visits, and CT pathway road-shows • Driving HeartFlow usage growth and case volume within assigned accounts • Meeting or exceeding quota targets for strategic accounts • Tracking and reporting on cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics This is a customer-focused role requiring strong relationship-building skills, clinical/technical acumen, and the ability to communicate complex medical technology to diverse healthcare audiences. You will work independently to initiate and complete projects while collaborating effectively across functional teams. REQUIREMENTS: • 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience • Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred • Proven sales track record and achievement • Experience building and supporting clinical programs preferred • Quick learner able to grasp and disseminate clinical/technical information • Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred • Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired • Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving ability and work ethic • Ability to work effectively with customers from diverse technical and clinical backgrounds
