Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive cardiac test that generates a color-coded 3D model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region (Columbus and Dayton, OH). This is a customer-facing sales role focused on driving adoption of HeartFlow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology among referring physicians and clinical stakeholders. The TAM will spend approximately 20–25% of time traveling to customer sites. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to organize and staff programs including physician dinners, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs - Champion HeartFlow and build physician advocacy within assigned accounts - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics Required Qualifications: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement - Clinical/technical proficiency; ability to quickly grasp and disseminate new clinical/technical information - Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders (administrators, cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital marketing, strategic personnel) - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional etiquette - Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability and work ethic - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology - Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs
