Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive, AI-powered cardiac test that generates a 3D color-coded model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region, driving adoption of the company's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. This is a customer-facing role requiring approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic HeartFlow accounts, focusing on cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathway adoption - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to deploy leadership resources, organize physician education events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders to increase HeartFlow usage within assigned accounts - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and clinical discussions - Champion HeartFlow adoption and build physician advocacy - Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics Required Qualifications: - 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Proven sales track record and achievement - Account development experience; clinical program building and support preferred - Clinical/technical proficiency; ability to quickly learn and disseminate new clinical/technical information - Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders (administrators, cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital marketing, strategic personnel) - Cross-functional collaboration and project management capability - Ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred - Self-motivation, problem-solving under pressure, strong work ethic - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired
