Envoy is a workplace management platform that unifies people, spaces, and communications for secure, compliant operations across 16,000+ workplaces globally—from manufacturing sites and data centers to healthcare facilities and corporate headquarters. You will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for SMB and Mid-Market customers, from initial outreach through contract close. Your responsibilities include engaging stakeholders to identify requirements and remove roadblocks, crafting renewal proposals, negotiating terms, and partnering with Finance and Legal teams through procurement cycles. You'll act as the voice of the customer when risk emerges, surfacing insights that drive internal alignment and action. Key focus areas include spotting at-risk customers early, forecasting accurately, and taking proactive steps to prevent churn. You'll track churn trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and strengthen Envoy's market positioning. You'll drive multi-year renewals to stabilize revenue and identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities that create value for both Envoy and customers. You'll partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure smooth renewals and share customer feedback. You'll also help improve playbooks, processes, and tools as the organization scales, using Salesforce, Vitally, and other CRM platforms to manage pipeline, stay organized, and maintain clean data. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within Envoy's Customer Success organization. You'll work in a fast-moving environment solving complex problems and delivering tangible results. The role requires at least 4 days per week in-office (Monday–Thursday) at the Austin, Texas office. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience in Renewals Management, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally in SaaS B2B with closing responsibilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and expansion goals - Experience partnering with procurement and legal teams through complex contract cycles - Strong relationship-building skills that earn trust and create long-term customer partnerships - Ability to manage a pipeline mixing fast-moving transactions with longer strategic renewals - Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools to track performance and maintain deal accuracy - Analytical skills to turn customer data and insights into actionable strategies - Success managing renewals with multiple stakeholders, including executives and senior decision makers - Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal - Self-driven with strong sense of ownership and ability to work with minimal oversight
