Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides a non-invasive cardiac test that generates a 3D color-coded model of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact. The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been deployed for over 750,000 patients globally. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region, driving adoption of the company's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. This is a customer-facing role requiring approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing business development plans with key strategic HeartFlow accounts to drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to organize and staff programs such as dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and referring physician office meetings - Building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs - Promoting HeartFlow and building physician advocacy within assigned accounts - Meeting or exceeding quota for strategic accounts and driving cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics The role requires proven sales achievement, account development experience, and the ability to quickly grasp and communicate clinical and technical information. Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, OR Associate's degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience - Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred - Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired - Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired - Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred
