This Technology Manager role focuses on leading technology operations for Revolut's licensed entities, particularly in Peru. You will drive local technology architecture and implement IT and data strategy, including new infrastructure setup and ongoing digital transformation. Key responsibilities include overseeing IT governance and compliance frameworks, presenting to Revolut's Board of Directors, and representing the IT function in key group committees. You'll coordinate transformation programmes, customer migrations, and operational model setup while building a global, reliable, scalable, and resilient tech ecosystem.
The role requires deep familiarity with Peru's regulatory and security landscape, including cybersecurity requirements, outsourcing regulations, risk management, and data protection. You'll collaborate across local and global teams spanning Operations, Product, and other functions.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years of IT architecture experience in financial services, exceptional organizational and time management skills, solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and people-management capabilities. Fluency in English is essential. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strategic leadership, regulatory acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational transformations in a highly regulated industry.
