Fleek is building AI-native infrastructure to digitize the global secondhand fashion supply chain. The company operates a B2B marketplace connecting suppliers across India, Pakistan, and Dubai with 50,000+ retailers and resellers in 100+ countries. FleekSort, their proprietary AI model, grades, prices, and categorizes secondhand items from photos, transforming a historically offline and manual trade into a structured, searchable global inventory layer.
You will own and scale Fleek's India supply engine into a $30M+ business by 2028, reporting directly to the CEO. India receives roughly 9,000 containers of used clothing annually, most flowing through offline, relationship-driven trade. Your mission is to bring this inventory online by deepening existing seller relationships, strengthening the Panipat and Kandla hubs, and expanding into other high-potential Indian markets.
You'll inherit an established foundation: a QC and operations team, a Senior Supply Manager, and a Key Account Manager in supply. From there, you'll build the organization needed to scale.
Responsibilities span commercial (seller acquisition and growth), operational (warehousing, QC, logistics), and product-adjacent work (getting suppliers live on video handpicks and chat-based selling). You'll also launch a new business line: licensed factory leftover stock as a distinct liquidation business.
The role demands a ground-level operator comfortable on warehouse floors and in board reviews, equally credible as a salesperson winning suppliers, an operator fixing fulfillment issues, and a customer-experience owner. You'll run an AI-native operation, automating repeatable parts of supply, QC, and seller management while holding the team to the same standard.
Required: 7-10+ years of relevant experience, based in Delhi NCR. This is an on-the-ground leadership role requiring presence in India. You should have a proven market-launch track record, comfort with P&L ownership, and the ability to operate across commercial, operational, and product domains simultaneously.
