Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive preventative medicine through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI-enabled clinical workflows. The Medical Director, UAE will lead clinical operations at Prenuvo's Dubai clinic while maintaining an active clinical practice (up to 50% clinical workload). Reporting to Executive Medical Leadership, this highly visible role combines clinical leadership, radiology expertise, operational partnership, physician mentorship, and patient engagement. You will shape Prenuvo's preventative healthcare model while serving as a trusted clinical leader for patients, physicians, and the broader UAE healthcare community. Key responsibilities include: leading clinical strategy and medical operations for the UAE radiology clinic; maintaining active MRI interpretation and patient report review; supporting complex case reviews and second opinions; acting as senior clinical resource for physicians and clinic teams; leading quality assurance initiatives including peer review and continuous improvement; coaching and mentoring radiologists and partner physicians; managing complex patient cases and escalations; serving as Prenuvo's clinical representative within the UAE healthcare community; building relationships with referring physicians and regulatory stakeholders; partnering with Operations, Product, Quality, and Commercial teams to optimize workflows and scale the business; and supporting implementation of AI-enabled workflows and clinical innovations. Required qualifications: Medical degree with specialist certification in Radiology; active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) medical license; minimum 3 years' experience practicing within UAE healthcare system; international medical training (preference for UK, Australia, US, or recognized European healthcare system); strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and clinical governance; proven MRI interpretation experience in high-quality diagnostic imaging environments; prior experience leading physicians or multidisciplinary clinical teams; demonstrated success driving quality improvement and physician development; strong clinical judgment for complex patient situations; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; and prior experience leading a private for-profit clinical enterprise.
