As Technology Manager, you will lead technology operations, risk management, resilience, and regulatory readiness for Revolut's Peru operations. This role bridges Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams while coordinating with local regulators to ensure platforms operate in compliance with regulatory requirements and group standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving local technology architecture aligned with group standards
- Implementing IT and data strategy, including new setup and transformation of IT initiatives
- Overseeing IT governance, establishing frameworks, and representing IT to key committees and the Board
- Coordinating transformation programmes, migrations, and operational model setup
- Building a global, reliable, and scalable tech ecosystem
- Managing customer migrations and ensuring regulatory readiness
You will work 2–3 days per week from the Lima office in a hybrid arrangement.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
- 7+ years in IT architecture roles within financial services
- Deep familiarity with Peru's regulatory and security requirements (cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, data risk)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience with IT systems and related technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience building/scaling technology functions in financial services or fintech, industry certifications (CCMP, ITIL, ITSM, PMP), and SQL proficiency.
