As IAM Program Lead at Diligent, you will own the Identity and Access Management roadmap from strategy through adoption, bringing together security, technology, compliance, HR, application owners, and business teams around measurable outcomes. You will translate complex priorities into clear delivery plans, manage dependencies and trade-offs, and keep high-impact initiatives moving on time and within approved scope and budget. Your work will reduce identity risk, strengthen controls, improve audit readiness, and enhance user experience. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining a multi-year IAM roadmap that balances security risk, compliance needs, business priorities, technology constraints, and user experience - Leading IAM initiatives from planning through delivery and adoption, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, scope, resources, and budgets - Partnering with security, technology, infrastructure, HR, compliance, application owners, and business leaders to align priorities and drive cross-functional execution - Establishing effective program rhythms including planning reviews, status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and executive escalations - Defining and tracking success measures such as access-review completion, joiner-mover-leaver effectiveness, privileged-access controls, authentication adoption, audit readiness, and risk reduction - Communicating clear, decision-focused updates to executives and technical teams, surfacing blockers early and driving recovery plans Required qualifications: 3–5+ years managing complex cross-functional technology, security, infrastructure, product, or IAM programs; experience building and managing roadmaps for IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology initiatives; proficiency with Jira or similar project-management tools; track record managing delivery against scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and budgets; strong stakeholder-management skills; experience defining metrics and reporting on delivery outcomes; bachelor's degree or equivalent. Desirable: experience delivering IAM or security-transformation programs; familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance practices; experience supporting change management and adoption for security initiatives.
