As Technology Manager, you will oversee technology operations and strategy for Revolut's India operations. This is a hands-on management role bridging local IT infrastructure with global fintech operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving local technology architecture and ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory requirements
- Implementing IT and data strategy, including new infrastructure setup and ongoing IT transformation
- Managing customer migrations and operational transitions
- Overseeing IT governance, including Board-level reporting and participation in key group committees
- Coordinating transformation programs, migrations, and operational model setup
- Building a global, reliable, and scalable tech ecosystem
- Ensuring readiness for regulatory and information security audits
You will collaborate across local and global teams, including Operations and Product functions, to execute technology strategy and maintain compliance with Indian cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data protection regulations.
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT architecture experience in financial services
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Deep familiarity with Indian regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with IT systems and related technologies
