Flowdesk is building infrastructure for the next era of global finance, combining digital asset trading, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure. This role owns the complete exchange onboarding and connectivity lifecycle—from contract signature through integration, testing, and trading go-live, plus ongoing maintenance and relationship management. You will be the central point of contact across internal teams (trading, engineering, sales) and external exchange partners, ensuring every venue integration launches on time, passes testing, and runs without disruption. The role is roughly 50% operational delivery and 50% technical execution, sitting at the intersection of project management, technical coordination, and exchange relationship management. Key responsibilities include: owning the full exchange onboarding lifecycle; acting as primary contact between Flowdesk and exchange partners for API configuration, credentialing, and compatibility checks; coordinating internally to track and resolve dependencies; running and documenting pre-go-live testing (endpoint validation, order flow testing, readiness sign-off); maintaining a live tracking system for all active venue integrations and exchange-driven changes; managing post-launch relationship touchpoints (upgrades, protocol changes, incident escalation); supporting engineering on initial integration stages; identifying and escalating risks early; and building internal documentation for each venue. Required: 2+ years in a crypto trading firm, exchange, or digital asset infrastructure business in operations, project management, or technical coordination. Solid understanding of crypto exchange connectivity (REST/WebSocket APIs, order management, credentialing, test environments). Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail. Comfortable interfacing with external exchange counterparts and internal stakeholders. Technically literate—able to read API documentation, understand endpoint structures, assess compatibility, and design test criteria without being a software engineer. Organized and proactive with a 'get it done' mindset. Strong written and verbal English communication. Preferred: hands-on exchange API integration or connectivity testing in production; FIX protocol or WebSocket feed handling; project tracking tools (Jira, Notion, Linear); exchange upgrade and EDC management; CEX and DEX experience; basic Python scripting for API testing.
