Zscaler is seeking an experienced Technical Success Manager to join its Customer Success team in Bangalore. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Technical Success Management and focuses on ensuring customers maximize value from the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform.
You will serve as a strategic technical advisor, working closely with customers to understand their goals, technical challenges, and business needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer objectives and aligning Zscaler solutions to drive satisfaction and long-term value realization
- Building deep relationships with key stakeholders through periodic reviews and identifying strategic growth opportunities within accounts
- Proactively identifying technical risks and implementing mitigation strategies before issues escalate
- Mastering Zscaler products and services to create best-practice content for internal and customer-facing knowledge bases
- Collaborating across Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Leading product feature implementations and driving adoption of best practices
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in customer-facing roles combining technical expertise with account management. You should have hands-on networking knowledge including Linux/Unix/FreeBSD proficiency, troubleshooting experience with tools like Ping and Traceroute, and solid understanding of core protocols (HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS).
Preferred qualifications include experience with discovery discussions, HLD/LLD design, large-scale migrations, enterprise infrastructure, cloud security technologies (SASE, SSE, ZTNA), and authentication protocols (SAML, LDAP, OAuth).
