Endor Labs is building an Application Security platform that helps development teams identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks in complex, dependency-rich software. The company serves organizations ranging from startups to enterprises, securing code whether written by humans or AI, and supporting legacy systems through cutting-edge monorepos.
As a Technical Success Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical champion for customers, bridging pre-sales and post-sales engagement. Your responsibilities include:
• Design and implement code and dependency scanning solutions using Maven, Gradle, and related build tools
• Serve as the main technical contact for customers, providing expert guidance on application security and DevOps integration
• Customize and tailor Endor Labs' security solutions to fit sophisticated customer environments, creating bespoke implementations when needed
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with advanced expertise in programming ecosystems and DevOps practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients, from agile startups to global enterprises
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to translate customer feedback and troubleshooting insights into product improvements
• Lead high-impact technical integration projects with strategic oversight
• Promote security best practices and help developers write secure code through expert support
You will combine deep technical knowledge with customer empathy, turning complex challenges into efficient solutions while maintaining clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, application security, and/or DevOps
• Proven track record designing and implementing custom technical solutions in customer-facing roles
• Strong experience managing project-based technical work
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to anticipate customer needs
• Fluent English language skills
• Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and modern software development practices preferred
