You will join the recruiting team as a Technical Sourcer focused on building and managing high-quality talent pipelines for technical roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering
- Developing creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to identify and engage top passive talent
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and what "great" looks like for each position
- Collaborating with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Leveraging data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves
Applied Intuition is an in-office company with an expectation that full-time employees work from their office 5 days per week, though the company recognizes the importance of flexibility for occasional remote work and schedule adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience at a reputable software company
- Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing, or related fields
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus
