Postman is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to lead top-of-funnel talent acquisition efforts for the company's rapidly growing engineering and business teams. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product Designers, Applied Engineers) and business functions (Marketing, Sales, Operations).
Your responsibilities will include partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and team culture, then developing targeted sourcing strategies aligned with business needs. You'll map talent across target companies in specific geographies and engage passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, industry events, and networking. You'll conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and assessment to ensure alignment with role requirements and team dynamics.
You'll maintain an organized pipeline in the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and tracked. Your work will be data-driven—analyzing market trends and sourcing metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve candidate quality. You'll also provide a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through early recruitment stages.
