Hex Technologies is seeking a Technical Sourcer to own top-of-funnel talent discovery and build repeatable systems for finding exceptional engineers, designers, and product builders. This role emphasizes treating sourcing as both a craft and a scalable system, with a focus on AI-forward methodologies rather than traditional LinkedIn playbooks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning sourcing strategy for technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infrastructure, Product, and Design functions
- Building and operating an AI-forward sourcing stack using tools like Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub
- Designing AI-assisted outreach campaigns that are highly personalized, technically credible, and human-centered
- Creating reusable prompts, templates, and workflows for the broader talent team
- Mapping deep talent pools and competitive landscapes to surface non-obvious candidates
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and search criteria in real time
- Tracking conversion and response rates, A/B testing messaging, and pivoting when searches stall
- Evaluating emerging AI sourcing tools and raising the bar for team sourcing practices
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of technical/engineering sourcing experience, preferably at high-growth startups. You should be fluent with AI recruiting tools and have built sourcing programs or automation workflows from scratch. Technical literacy is essential—you can evaluate GitHub profiles, understand engineering blogs, and distinguish exceptional talent from merely experienced candidates. You're organized, data-driven, creative in candidate engagement, and prioritize candidate experience throughout the process. Experience with Ashby and tools like Gem, Juicebox, Noon, or Metaview is valued.
