Hex is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company seeking a Technical Sourcer to lead top-of-funnel talent discovery and recruitment strategy. This role focuses on building repeatable, AI-forward sourcing systems to identify exceptional engineering, design, and product talent. Key responsibilities include: - Owning sourcing strategy for technical roles across Engineering, AI, Infrastructure, Product, and Design - Building and operating an AI-powered sourcing stack using tools like Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub to automate discovery, enrichment, and outreach - Designing personalized, technically credible AI-assisted outreach that resonates with passive candidates - Mapping deep talent pools and competitive landscapes to surface non-obvious candidates beyond typical LinkedIn searches - Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and search criteria in real time - Measuring conversion and response rates, A/B testing messaging, and iterating when searches stall - Evaluating emerging AI sourcing tools and sharing best practices across the talent team You'll bring 4+ years of technical/engineering sourcing experience, ideally from high-growth startups. You're fluent with AI recruiting tools and have built sourcing programs or automation workflows from scratch. You're technically literate—comfortable reading GitHub profiles and assessing engineering talent depth. You operate with precision in systems and calibration, thrive with ambiguity, and think creatively beyond standard LinkedIn playbooks. Experience with Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, Noon, or Metaview is valued. Above all, you care about candidate experience and move people through the pipeline thoughtfully.
