Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 / annual
Candid Health is seeking a Founding Technical Sourcer to build and scale the sourcing function from the ground up. This is a 0-to-1 role where you will architect the entire sourcing strategy, define OKRs and operational models, and establish the blueprint for attracting top technical talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategy & Architecture: Define the vision, OKRs, and operational model for sourcing. Implement and optimize the tech stack to drive scalable candidate generation and establish success metrics.
- AI & Workflow Automation: Deploy, configure, and manage AI sourcing agents to automate candidate discovery, top-of-funnel messaging, multi-touch engagement, and lead-nurturing workflows.
- Talent Branding & Events: Design and execute targeted tech events, meetups, and campaigns to position Candid Health as an employer of choice and generate sustained passive inbound pipeline.
- Technical Domain Mastery: Lead technical intake sessions with engineering leaders. Rapidly master complex tech stacks, niche roles, and shifting priorities. Operate your own funnel and generate leverage for the broader team.
- Candidate Engagement: Craft hyper-personalized outreach strategies across platforms, optimizing conversion metrics at every stage of the funnel.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth environments (Series D+ startups or hyper-scale companies)
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 sourcing experience building strategies from scratch or leading sourcer functions
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing tools, custom automation, and generative AI messaging systems
- High learning velocity to rapidly digest complex technical concepts and developer domains
- Proven track record leveraging community events, technical branding, and content to build passive pipelines
- Strong analytical skills to measure funnel conversions, iterate on experiments, and report strategy outcomes to leadership
