Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is a global travel and spend management platform trusted by 12,000+ companies. The company is scaling rapidly across the US and Europe with ~1,800 employees across 12 offices, following recent acquisitions and product expansion. As a People Partner for the EU region, you'll be a strategic HR business partner supporting senior leaders and their teams through a period of significant growth and organizational change. You'll work closely with leadership to translate company priorities into actionable people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and scalable growth. Key responsibilities include: advising senior leaders on organizational design, team structures, and people decisions; coaching managers on performance management, development, and team dynamics; implementing core people processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent planning) with consistency and quality; partnering on change management initiatives with clear communication and leader enablement; using people data and engagement insights to diagnose challenges and recommend improvements; identifying capability gaps and partnering on learning solutions; and embedding a high-performance culture through multiple touchpoints. You'll thrive in ambiguity, bringing clarity and confidence to leaders navigating rapid scaling. Success means leaders feel equipped to lead through growth and change, core processes are delivered with quality and impact, people metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) improve, and change initiatives are implemented smoothly with positive stakeholder feedback. The role requires experience as a People Partner in fast-moving tech companies, ideally supporting revenue functions; a track record of influencing senior leaders; strong expertise in organizational design, high-performance culture, leadership development, and change management; excellent coaching and communication skills; experience developing and enabling managers; comfort operating across regions and time zones; and a bias for clarity, consistency, and care.
