As Senior Technical Sourcer, you will play a vital role in Hermeus' recruitment efforts during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on position where you own the entire sourcing process, from identifying and attracting top-tier engineering talent to supporting the hiring pipeline. You'll work closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and execute against aggressive hiring goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and identifying high-quality engineering candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, etc.)
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical engineering roles
- Collaborating with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Executing sourcing strategies that align with company growth plans
- Managing candidate relationships and ensuring a smooth handoff to recruiters
- Contributing to overall talent strategy and hiring process improvements
