Arago is re-engineering the foundations of computing from first principles, building proprietary optical-CMOS processor technology to deliver order-of-magnitude performance increases for AI workloads. As Technical Sourcer, you will own the full sourcing motion for Arago's most critical engineering roles, including ASIC architects, packaging engineers, mixed-signal verification specialists, and SW systems leads. This is not standard recruiting—you'll be finding some of the most sought-after hardware engineers in the world, many of whom are passive candidates.
You will map talent pools, build precise searches across GitHub, LinkedIn, research communities, and non-traditional channels, and craft outreach that resonates with senior technical talent. Working directly with hiring managers and founders, you'll develop deep understanding of each role and the technical landscape, then execute targeted sourcing strategies. You'll own candidate tracking, pipeline metrics, and funnel data with a structured approach, managing multiple complex searches in parallel while maintaining quality.
The role requires genuine curiosity about deep-tech hardware, semiconductors, and AI—you need to understand what you're sourcing for. Success means building long-term relationships with high-priority profiles and demonstrating a long-game mindset focused on relationship building over transactional outreach.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven sourcing experience in deep tech, semiconductors, or AI hardware (not just software)
- X-Ray search skills and comfort sourcing across GitHub, LinkedIn, and non-traditional channels
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive senior technical talent
- Ability to run multiple complex searches in parallel without dropping quality
- Genuine curiosity about the technology and technical domains
- Long-game mindset: relationship building over transactional outreach
- English at a proficient level
