Key responsibilities include:

- Lead sourcing of qualified passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical publications, and active networking within deep tech communities.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls, assessing technical capability, role alignment, and cultural fit while coaching others on effective screening.
- Serve as the primary on-site Talent Acquisition representative and trusted advisor for the Mountain View office, designing and coordinating all CA-specific on-site interview loops.
- Own candidate pipeline management and ATS (Greenhouse) data integrity, identifying and resolving process gaps.
- Analyze pipeline and sourcing data to deliver data-driven insights on talent market conditions across software, hardware, and product landscapes.
