As a Technical Recruiting Associate, you will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles across the US. Your responsibilities include running intake sessions with hiring managers to establish clear hiring processes, building and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions (infrastructure, ML, platform, senior individual contributors), managing candidate pipelines, coordinating stakeholder updates, and leading closing conversations with candidates. You'll keep recruiting momentum even as priorities shift.
You should have world-class communication and pitching skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The role demands strong hustle, drive, and resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You'll be goal-driven, focused on exceeding ambitious targets, and skilled at problem-solving and building trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles with five days per week onsite. The company is venture-backed and focused on transforming physical industries through automation and AI. You'll work alongside roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders solving hard problems with real-world impact.
