You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across the Engineering organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your core responsibilities include building and managing pipelines of high-quality technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking, partnering closely with hiring managers to calibrate talent and drive efficient hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful relationship building.
You'll use data and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making, identify process improvements, and optimize hiring outcomes. You'll drive interview excellence through structured interviewing and interviewer enablement, maintain strong reporting hygiene, and provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders. The role emphasizes leveraging modern recruiting tools—Ashby, Pin, Claude, and similar platforms—to streamline workflows, improve sourcing strategies, and scale operations.
You bring 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 4+ years focused on technical recruiting. You have a proven track record hiring high-performing technical talent in fast-paced or high-growth environments, strong sourcing and talent mapping skills in competitive markets, and experience partnering with senior leaders to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights. You're comfortable with AI tools and modern recruiting technology, have an "always learning" mindset, and communicate clearly with strong stakeholder management abilities.
