As Technical Recruiter for EMEA, you will own full-cycle hiring for engineering, data, ML, and product roles across the region. This is a build-it role focused on establishing Sardine's presence in EMEA markets and shaping how the company sources and assesses technical talent. You'll have real influence over recruitment process, tooling, and candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, machine learning, and product roles; partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and develop hiring strategies; sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach; providing exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer; and driving offer management for a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
Required qualifications: 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience with at least 3+ years in high-growth tech startups; proven experience recruiting technical roles in B2B SaaS; hands-on EMEA market recruiting experience; strong understanding of fast-paced environments with ability to balance multiple priorities; data-driven recruiting approach with comfort using ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reporting tools; strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience with diverse, international teams; high-energy, hands-on approach; and genuine passion for people and talent.
