As an early member of the Recruiting team, you will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure. Your responsibilities include sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close. You'll partner directly with engineering leaders and executives to understand hiring needs, develop talent profiles, and build scalable recruiting processes and interview loops.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles with focus on Engineering, ML, and Infrastructure
- Partner with technical leaders to align on hiring strategy and talent requirements
- Build and iterate recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and sourcing strategies
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through research, outreach, referrals, and community engagement
- Guide candidates through the full journey, understanding motivations and closing in a competitive market
- Manage candidate pipelines with rigor and ensure exceptional candidate experience
- Track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace to inform stakeholders and optimize processes
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 2 years focused on technical roles (software engineering, ML, or infrastructure)
- High bar for quality and candidate experience
- Ability to build systems from first principles and take ownership
- Comfort in fast-changing, high-growth environments with bias toward action
- Strong collaboration skills with technical leaders and ability to influence without authority
- Full ownership mindset from sourcing through close
Bonus experience:
- Early-stage or hyper-growth startup background
- Familiarity with technical talent landscape and how top engineers evaluate opportunities
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates for competitive AI, ML, or infrastructure roles

The role is based in Reducto's San Francisco office and requires in-person presence.
