You'll join a small, high-leverage recruiting team of two recruiters and a coordinator operating as trusted advisors to leadership on major hiring decisions. This role owns full-cycle recruiting across all levels with real influence on talent acquisition strategy.
Key responsibilities include: driving end-to-end recruiting for R&D roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data) from sourcing passive candidates to closing senior hires; partnering strategically with hiring managers and leadership on role requirements and workforce planning; building creative sourcing strategies using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional channels; owning candidate experience including interview coordination and offer strategy; leveraging Pave's proprietary compensation data as a closing tool; managing pipeline metrics and reporting in Greenhouse and Gem; designing and running interviewer calibration programs; and integrating AI-powered recruiting tools into daily workflows.
You'll have unique access to live compensation benchmarking data used by Pave's customers, enabling transparent market-based candidate conversations. The role operates within an environment actively building agentic AI compensation analysis tools, offering exposure to frontier AI development.
Required: proven track record sourcing and closing engineering talent across multiple levels and disciplines; 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience; experience recruiting at high-growth companies; fluency with recruiting tools and Boolean search; ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent searches; strategic mindset beyond transactional recruiting.
