Salary: USD 95,000 - 147,000 / annual
Neuralink is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its rapidly growing talent acquisition team. The company is developing brain-computer interface devices to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize human-digital interaction.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Neuralink's technical and clinical teams, embedding yourself within hiring teams to drive alignment and collaboration. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle—sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management—across hardware, software, research, and G&A functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and managing candidate pipelines for technical, clinical, and other specialized roles
- Independently driving recruiting strategy improvements and providing hiring managers with actionable metrics and insights
- Building trusted relationships with hiring managers through requisition discussions, hiring strategy development, and interview feedback collaboration
- Developing creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels
- Participating in candidate evaluation debriefs alongside technical hiring teams
- Cultivating a strong network of exceptional talent across Neuralink's business verticals
You'll need 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, with demonstrated expertise sourcing industry experts and identifying unique engagement methods. Strong business acumen, ability to interview engineers at a technical level, and passion for learning the fundamentals of the roles you're hiring for are essential. You must build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, and G Suite; prior agency or early-stage startup recruiting experience; and ability to build reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
