Middesk is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2+ days per week in the office.
You will own the complete recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and qualifying candidates to closing offers—managing multiple concurrent searches. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build structured interview processes, and refine how Middesk positions itself in a competitive talent market. A key part of the role is ensuring candidates experience a consistent, fair, and engaging process that reflects company values.
As the team scales, you'll help evolve recruiting systems, tooling, and processes to maintain quality and efficiency. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into robust candidate pipelines and ultimately hiring talent that raises the bar across the organization.
