LeoLabs is building a living map of activity in space through a proprietary global radar network and AI-enabled analytics platform. The company monitors over 25,000 objects in low Earth orbit, providing space domain awareness and traffic management for commercial operators and allied defense organizations. You'll join the Talent Acquisition team as a Technical Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on building engineering and technical talent pipelines. You'll independently manage a portfolio of 8-10 active requisitions across software engineering, systems engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, and product disciplines. Key responsibilities include: owning the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance; developing creative sourcing strategies to identify passive technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and industry events; recruiting across various engineering disciplines, including clearance-eligible positions; partnering closely with hiring managers to align on strategy and maintain communication; conducting recruiter screens to evaluate technical backgrounds and fit; guiding candidates through the interview process; driving offer negotiation and closing; building proactive talent pipelines; maintaining accurate data in Greenhouse; and contributing ideas to improve recruiting processes and candidate/hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant technical and engineering hiring background. You should demonstrate success managing technical requisitions independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Working knowledge of the U.S. security clearance process is required, with prior experience supporting clearance-eligible or cleared hiring preferred. Strong sourcing capabilities, partnership skills, organizational abilities, and experience with applicant tracking systems are essential. You'll need demonstrated curiosity, sound judgment, and a thoughtful approach to solving recruiting challenges.
