As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a hands-on, sourcing-focused role in finding and attracting Europe's best software engineering talent to join the company's growing European teams.
Your primary responsibility is building and managing candidate pipelines for software engineering roles using a broad range of sourcing techniques that go well beyond standard job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will source, screen, and interview candidates through initial stages, ensuring every person who engages with Helsing receives an exceptional experience from first contact through to offer discussion. Your impact will be measured by the quality and pace of the pipelines you build and the resulting hires.
Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing high volumes of candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach; utilizing deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates; screening and interviewing candidates against role requirements; managing candidates through initial interview stages; providing exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint; building and maintaining robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs; and tracking pass-through rates to identify blockers early and forecast hiring delivery.
You should have experience sourcing technical candidates using creative, outside-the-box methods across multiple countries. You adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with candidates, communicate clearly with both candidates and hiring stakeholders, stay curious about new technologies, and can manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate speaks credibly with software engineers about their work and adjusts strategies based on role, market, and candidate feedback.
