The company delivers real-time, high-fidelity insights into freight movement for commercial supply-chain customers and public-sector agencies, operating at the intersection of edge sensing, computer vision, AI-driven analytics, and large-scale field deployment.
GenLogs is rapidly scaling and planning to double its team over the next year. We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive engineering and technical hiring efforts, owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles while partnering closely with engineering and product leadership to source and close top talent.
Key responsibilities include: owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Product from intake through offer close; partnering with engineering and product leaders to define hiring plans, headcount priorities, and role requirements aligned with team goals; personally handling outbound sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation for technical roles; coaching hiring managers and technical interviewers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and closing techniques; ensuring excellent candidate experience with clear, consistent, and human processes from first touch to onboarding; working within GenLogs' recruiting infrastructure (ATS, interview processes, offer workflows) and providing feedback to refine it for technical hiring; and collaborating with the Lead Recruiter on hiring strategy and third-party agency partners to balance speed and cost-effectiveness.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house technical recruiting at a high-growth startup; proven success hiring for Engineering and Product roles in a fast-paced environment; and strong outbound sourcing skills.
