Cloaked is a consumer privacy and identity platform backed by $375M Series B funding, protecting 10M+ identities and removing 1B+ records from data brokers. The company is building AI-native privacy solutions with autonomous agents that monitor and defend users' digital footprints.
This is a hands-on, high-impact recruiting role focused on building exceptional technical teams during critical growth. You will act as the primary hiring partner to leadership, owning searches from kickoff through close and helping shape how the company attracts and hires top talent.
You'll split time between deep execution—sourcing, screening, and closing candidates—and strategic partnership with hiring managers to design effective, scalable hiring processes. This requires strong recruiting fundamentals and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include: owning full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across levels and functions; serving as the primary point of contact for candidates from initial outreach through offer close; building and managing high-quality pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and outbound strategies; running intake meetings to align on role scope, candidate profile, and interview process; advising on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation benchmarks; conducting thoughtful screens to assess technical baseline and role alignment; delivering high-touch, responsive candidate experience; managing interview processes for efficiency and consistency; leading offer strategy and execution; and helping define and improve interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflows.
Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within high-growth or startup environments; proven track record of hiring strong talent across multiple disciplines and levels; strong sourcing skills and ability to engage and convert passive candidates; ability to partner effectively with technical stakeholders; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
Nice-to-haves include experience hiring for early-stage or Series A/B startups, familiarity with modern engineering stacks (JavaScript, React, Node, Python, cloud infrastructure), experience improving or building interview processes, and exposure to employer branding or recruiting operations initiatives.
