As Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. You will guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey from initial contact through offer acceptance, developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage elite technical talent. You'll work closely with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver candidates with precision. A key part of the role is building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent and identifying opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions across varying seniority levels (individual contributors and leadership). You should have demonstrated experience with creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, world-class talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a track record of providing authentic, meaningful, high-touch experiences to both candidates and hiring managers. You are entrepreneurial-minded, self-motivated, and have a relentless work ethic with a proven track record of exceeding performance goals and recruiting KPIs.
The role is based in-person at Mirage's NYC headquarters in Union Square.
