As Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for the Engineering and Product teams, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. You will guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a thoughtful, high-touch experience. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage elite technical talent; partnering closely with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver candidates with precision; contributing to building an inclusive workplace through diverse recruiting; and identifying opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.
You should have 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions across varying seniority levels (individual contributors and leadership roles). Demonstrated experience with creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, world-class talent is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective partnership at all organizational levels, a track record of providing authentic and high-touch experiences to candidates and hiring managers, and an entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with a relentless work ethic are required. The role is based in-person at the NYC headquarters in Union Square.
