As Technical Recruiter for APAC, you will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data, ML, and product roles across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a build-it role focused on establishing Sardine's presence in APAC markets and shaping how the company sources and assesses technical talent. You'll have real influence over recruiting processes, tooling, and candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, machine learning, and product roles; partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and develop hiring strategies; sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach; providing exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer; and driving offer management for a seamless hiring process.
You'll need 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in high-growth tech startups. Proven experience recruiting technical roles in B2B SaaS and hands-on APAC market recruiting is essential. You should be comfortable with data-driven recruiting, ATS platforms (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reporting. Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships across organizational levels, and experience with diverse international teams are critical. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, balances multiple priorities, and has genuine passion for talent and company culture.
