Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The Technical Publications organization supports complex hardware, software, and defense systems across multiple divisions and programs. As Technical Publications Operations Manager, you will own the department's intake, prioritization, staffing, and delivery tracking. This is an execution-focused role reporting to the Head of Technical Publications, working daily with Senior Technical Publications Managers and program-level managers to translate incoming demand into sequencing and staffing decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Owning department-level Jira intake, triage, workflow governance, and priority routing for all technical publications work - Making firm staffing and sequencing decisions when program priorities compete - Maintaining visibility into workload, throughput, blockers, delivery risk, and capacity across the portfolio - Reallocating writers against changing program demand and escalating only conflicts requiring leadership decision - Building and maintaining reporting and operating metrics for leadership assessment of department performance and staffing needs - Running recurring execution reviews, planning sessions, and follow-up to completion - Coordinating with Mission Readiness, Engineering, Program Management, Training, ILS, Support, and Product teams Required: 5+ years in operations, program management, resource planning, or workflow ownership in technical environments; experience owning intake, prioritization, throughput tracking, or resource allocation for multi-stakeholder teams; demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams without direct reporting authority; proficiency with Jira or comparable work-management systems; ability to make timely, evidence-based resourcing decisions; willingness to make and defend firm staffing decisions; eligibility for Secret-level security clearance or higher. Preferred: experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, manufacturing, or complex technical environments; background supporting technical publications, sustainment, training, ILS, or documentation-heavy functions; familiarity with formal deliverables (CDRLs, DMRLs, technical manuals); experience building operating metrics, dashboards, or staffing views for leadership.
