Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare by building an intuitive platform designed by clinicians, for clinicians. The company is a fast-scaling healthtech startup backed by top investors and expanding globally.
You will drive technical integration initiatives connecting Tandem's platform with external healthcare systems across France and Europe. Based in the London office, you'll own critical integration projects and work closely with the central Integrations team in Stockholm. Your core responsibility is understanding both the capabilities and constraints of external systems and Tandem's platform, then proposing concrete integration designs to external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations
- Mapping external systems against Tandem's platform and proposing integration designs
- Acting as the central coordination point between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders, bridging the local team and the Stockholm integrations team
- Translating complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables
- Working closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Identifying bottlenecks, managing dependencies, and maintaining project velocity
- Building and improving integration processes, templates, and frameworks
- Ensuring strong visibility across stakeholders through progress tracking, risk surfacing, and clear communication
- Supporting the sales organization with technical customer questions
You'll be someone who brings clarity to complex, messy situations and has a track record of aligning engineers, partners, and product teams to ship results. You move fast but thoughtfully, breaking down complex problems and prioritizing what matters. You're comfortable going deep technically when needed—understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints—while maintaining the bigger product picture.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a SaaS, platform, or healthtech environment
- Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum
- Ability to anticipate, assess, and manage risk from scoping through delivery
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction
- Product mindset: you care about building the right thing, not just delivering on time
- Native-level English speaking
Bonus experience:
- Tech sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise software delivery
- Working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards
- Experience with platform or API products
- Hands-on technical experience (scripting, debugging, light coding)
- Scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners
