Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare by building a clinician-first platform with intuitive medical notes and workflows. As a fast-scaling healthtech company backed by top investors, we're expanding globally and seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive integration work across French and European healthcare systems.
You will own and drive critical technical initiatives connecting Tandem's platform with external healthcare systems. Based in our Paris office, you'll work alongside the local team while collaborating closely with our central Integrations team in Stockholm. Your role bridges technical and business worlds: understanding both the capabilities and constraints of external systems and our own platform, then proposing concrete integration designs to external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations
- Map external systems against our platform and propose integration designs to partners
- Act as the central coordination point between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders, bridging the France and Stockholm teams
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables
- Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and maintain project velocity
- Build and improve integration processes, establishing templates and frameworks
- Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders through progress tracking and risk communication
- Support the sales organization in answering technical customer questions
You move fast but thoughtfully, breaking down complex problems and keeping momentum across multiple workstreams. You're comfortable going deep technically when needed—understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints—while maintaining the bigger product picture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in SaaS, platform, or healthtech environments
- Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams and external stakeholders
- Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum
- Ability to anticipate, assess, and manage project risk from scoping through delivery
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction
- Product mindset: care about building the right thing, not just delivering on time
- Native-level French speaking
BONUS:
- Experience in tech sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise software delivery
- Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards
- Experience with platform or API products
- Hands-on technical experience (scripting, debugging, light coding)
- Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners
