Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. The platform, designed by clinicians for clinicians, features intuitive medical notes and workflows that support real-world patient care. The company is backed by top investors and expanding globally.
You will drive how Tandem's platform connects with external systems used across French and European healthcare, owning critical technical integration initiatives. Based in the Munich office, you'll work alongside the local team while collaborating closely with the central Integrations team in Stockholm. The role requires deeply understanding both external healthcare systems' capabilities and constraints, and those of Tandem's platform, to propose concrete integration solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations
- Mapping external systems against Tandem's platform and proposing integration designs to external partners
- Acting as the central coordination point between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders, bridging the France team and Stockholm integrations team
- Translating complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables
- Working closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Identifying bottlenecks, managing dependencies, and maintaining high project velocity
- Building and improving integration processes, templates, and frameworks
- Ensuring strong stakeholder visibility through progress tracking, risk surfacing, and clear communication
- Supporting the sales organization with technical customer questions
You move fast but deliberately, breaking down complex problems, prioritizing what matters, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams. You're comfortable going deep technically when needed—understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints—while keeping the broader product picture in mind.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in SaaS, platform, or healthtech environments
- Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams and external stakeholders
- Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum
- Ability to anticipate, assess, and manage project risk from scoping through delivery
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction
- Product mindset: you care about building the right thing, not just delivering on time
- Native-level German speaking
BONUS:
- Experience in tech sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise software delivery
- Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards
- Experience with platform or API products
- Hands-on technical experience (scripting, debugging, light coding)
- Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners
