MNTN is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own internal products that empower the Revenue and Operations teams to plan, prioritize, and execute more effectively. Unlike traditional program managers focused on delivery coordination, this role operates as a product manager: you'll understand user problems, set product direction, and own outcomes.
You will own a portfolio of internal products spanning business forecasting, pipeline management, lead enrichment and automation, and the productization of customer-intelligence signals. Your mission is to transform data and insights generated across MNTN into intuitive tools and workflows that enable teams to make timely, consistent decisions at scale.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and iteration—for forecasting, pipeline management, lead enrichment, automation, and customer-intelligence products.
- Building trusted forecasting and pipeline products that give Revenue and Operations teams clearer visibility and better planning and prioritization capabilities.
- Translating customer-intelligence signals into scalable tools and workflows that drive timely, consistent action.
- Identifying opportunities to replace fragmented data, spreadsheets, manual analysis, and repetitive handoffs with durable product capabilities.
- Working directly with Revenue, Operations, Sales, Growth, and Finance users to understand workflows, validate problems, and distinguish genuine product opportunities from requests better addressed through process or existing tools.
- Defining requirements and making product tradeoffs based on user value, business impact, data readiness, technical feasibility, and maintenance cost.
- Partnering with Engineering and Data teams on data models, system integrations, product architecture, reliability, and cross-source data interpretation.
- Driving post-launch adoption by measuring usage, gathering feedback, addressing trust and usability gaps, and iterating based on demonstrated value.
- Communicating roadmap priorities, decisions, dependencies, and results to the Group TPM and cross-functional partners.
Success means Revenue and Operations teams rely on your products to guide planning and daily decisions; sustained, measurable adoption among intended users; customer-intelligence signals translated into scalable tools enabling timely action without one-off analysis; high-value workflows requiring less manual effort and fewer handoffs; clear success measures demonstrating efficiency or decision-quality improvements; and a focused roadmap supporting the broader Internal Products strategy.
You'll report to the Group Technical Program Manager for Internal Products and collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Revenue Operations, Sales, Growth, and Finance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product roles focused on workflow automation or related internal products.
- Direct experience in at least one of: revenue operations, business forecasting, pipeline management, or customer-intelligence products.
- Track record of owning products end-to-end, from problem discovery and prioritization through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Experience building products for internal users and driving adoption across teams with different workflows, incentives, and technical fluency levels.
- Strong data fluency and ability to turn fragmented data and analytical outputs into clear, useful product experiences.
- Technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, data models, data pipelines, and the tradeoffs involved in connecting multiple platforms.
- Ability to productize predictive signals or analytical insights without owning the underlying models.
- Strong judgment about when to build custom capabilities, integrate existing systems, or solve problems without creating additional products.
- Clear, direct communication and ability to work effectively with engineers, data teams, operational users, and business leaders.
